Synthesized information from academic and non-academic sources to further research-backed workplace best practices. Led a team of five undergraduates working on community-based solutions to food access issues in Westchester County. Created and managed work plan to keep team on track, oversaw data collection and mapping, and resolved intra-team conflict. Wrote executive consultancy report for clients and suggested next steps towards reducing food scarcity. Presented findings to clients and community stakeholders, as well as at Columbia symposium, and received positive feedback.

Worked end-to-end on a consulting project exploring gender and racial bias in lawyers’ performance evaluations. Coded, analyzed, and visualized quantitative and qualitative data to reveal trends in biases using R, Dedoose, and Excel. Wrote report of findings and suggested new best practices directly to Center founder Joan Williams, an expert in the field.
